HYDE's Diary
I am hungry, so I ordered out, and now I am waiting.
We're doing vocal recording today. Now we are at the 3rd stage of recording, we've done the rhythm parts and some basic guitar parts.
There are 4 stages in the recording process.
The first stage is LOVE ADDICT.
The second stage is KICK START.
The third stage, which we are on now, is next single and half of the album.
The last stage, is working on all the rest.
Since New Years holiday, basically I wake up around noon and continue making music till I go to bed the next morning, without any break. I’ve had enough though... I wanna stop this crazy life... living like this makes me not like recording I think. But, if I take an easier schedule, it will take me a year to finish....
that sounds horrible too...
When I am satisfied with the music, I am very happy though.
Is it true that people work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day normally? I can't see anyone who has that kind of life around me... Now I have K.A.Z, so when he is recording guitar, I appreciate having room to write lyrics. I think it's very tough for a vocalist to makes songs and lyrics and play the guitar.... Still, I went for drinks several times when I could take-off work early. Although drinking starts like 1 or 2am, so it’s like a "crash course" in drinking.
I can't drink without "Unko no Chikara"*. I used to have one bottle before drinking and it worked fine, no hangover. Lately however, it seems that one bottle no longer works for me… or maybe it is just my imagination.
